Canadian indie folk act Timber Timbre is made up of singer-songwriter Taylor Kirk, keyboardist and percussionist Mika Posen and guitarist Simon Trottier. The band first came onto the scene over a decade ago with their 2006 album Cedar Shakes and the follow up, Medicinals, a year later.

By 2010, they were spending much of their time touring, appearing at both Calgary's and Vancouver's Folk Festivals. Touring continued to be at the heart of the brand's ethos, with an extensive UK tour supporting Laura Marling bringing them to this side of the Atlantic in 2012.

Their haunting sound and vintage soul influences continue to inspire and excite fans across the globe.
